    T-Valves
    GEMÜ sanitary T-valves The GEMÜ Zero deadleg T-Valve is made from a single piece of 316L barstock material, so there is no reason to worry about non-fully penetrated welds or even defective welds.

    U-Bends
    GEMÜ sanitary U-bends GEMÜ’s U-Bends are constructed of a Zero Static T-Valve and U-bend with an integrated sample valve, called the duplex valve. The ¼” – ½” sample valve is machined into the opposite side of the T-Valve, ensuring full drainability and a zero deadleg.
    GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) & SAP (Sterile Access Port) Valves
    The GMP Valve is normally installed vertically, and the SAP Valve is usually installed horizontally. The function of a T-fitting and a branch valve is combined into the valve body. The third point is located in line with the weir (point of seal).
    Tank Bottom Valves
    GEMÜ tank bottom valve The GEMÜ Tank Bottom Diaphragm Valve is made from a single piece of solid barstock, so there is no reason to worry about non-fully penetrated welds or even defective welds, which are potential areas of contamination.
    By-Pass Valves
    The By-Pass Valve is machined into the main diaphragm valve body to enable a smaller amount of process medium to flow through the valve bypassing the weir of the main valve. The GEMÜ by-pass valve is self-draining whether installed GEMÜ by-pass valvehorizontally or vertically, and all standard end connections, surface finishes, and components are available.
    Access Valves & Steam Blocks
    Standard GEMÜ diaphragm valve bodies can be supplied with various porting options, providing access to the process systems. The ports are used GEMÜ access valveto connect purge, steam, CIP, or sampling devices. Same size access ports can be provided due to the design of the forged valve bodies. Customers can specify various end connections to be provided, such as buttweld, triclamp, or compression fittings. Steamblock arrangements are available based on customer specification for horizontal or vertical orientation.

    Fluorine comprises 59% of the total mass of a PVDF molecule. A highly stable bond exists between the small electronegative fluorine and the carbon atoms. The chemical bonding of the fluorine atoms in the molecule lends the following attributes to PVDF:

    Type 607HP PFA valve Fluorine comprises 76% of the total mass of a PFA molecule. Since the bonding energy of carbon to fluorine is greater than that to hydrogen (as in PVDF), PFA valves have higher temperature strength and greater resistance to chemicals, and therefore can also be used as a sealing material in diaphragms.     Jordan TA-1200-Throttle Actuator
    This actuator is a high response electric actuator that is used with a servo amplifier to control throttle in engine test stands. It is a self-contained, bi-directional, electrically operated unit with output torque of 45 inch-pounds (5.1Nm). It contains a high response servomotor with tachometer feedback, precision potentiometer feedback, and an output shaft rotation of 90 degrees in 0.25 seconds under full load. The AD-7530 servo amplifier accepts a potentiometer or an analog computer input command and produces a proportional dc output to drive the TA-1200 actuator. Standard features include:

    Instrument Manifolds
    Parker Five Valve Manifolds
    These manifolds are used together with differential pressure transmitters to provide isolation, equalizing, and drain-test functions. Parker Five Valve ManifoldOne main design of this manifold employs two isolating valves, one equalizing valve, and two vent/drain valves. The two-piece non-rotating lower stem provides positive and repetitive shut off and extends the life of the packaging. The bonnet assemblies are fitted with color-coded dust caps, enabling the user to effortlessly identify the valve function.
    Parker Three Valve Manifolds
    These manifolds are used in combination with differential pressure transmitters. Remote mounted manifolds employ FNPT threads on 2-1/8” centers;Parker Three Valve Manifold direct mounted manifolds use 2-1/8” bolting centers. The user can complete the piping installation without the need to install the instrument because base mounting of all designs is a standard feature. The total support system allows safe removal of the instrument and leaves the manifold in a fully supported position.

    These manifolds combine facilities for isolation, calibration, test and venting of pressure measuring instruments.
