Air Velocity Meter and Air Flow Meter
CompuFlow 8570
CompuFlow 8570 Alnor CompuFlow 8570 air velocity meter quickly measure velocity, volume and temperature. The air velocity meter does not store data. A 42’’ articulated probe allows readings in even the most inaccessible places.
CompuFlow 8585 Air Velocity Meter
CompuFlow 8585 Alnor CompuFlow 8585 thermo-anemometers measure velocity, volume, temperature, humidity, dewpoint, and wet bulb. The 8585 can print in real-time to a MicroPrinter or download to a computer. Over 1500 readings or datalogs can be stored on an 8585 before downloading. The 42-inch articulated probe makes measuring face velocity at a fume hood or taking flow readings in a duct easy.
Models 9880 and 9850
Models 9880 and 9850 Alnor’s intrinsically safe thermo-anemometers Models 9880 and 9850 can be used in rough applications, including:Model 9870
  • Fume hoods
  • Spray booths
  • Ventilation systems
    9870
Alnor Model 9870 is designed to be an easy-to-use meter for measuring face velocity in fume hoods or for IAQ checks. The meter is pocket size and does not require special training to use properly.
    Velometer 6000 Air Flow Meter
Velometer 6000 Alnor’s Velometer has been for decades the meter of choice by contractors, balancers, plant engineers, and industrial hygienists for HVAC balancing, static pressure measurements, energy audits, and more. A swinging vane air velocity instrument the Velometer air flow meter does not require a power source (no batteries).
    Velometer Jr.
Velometer Jr Alnor Velometer Jr. air flow meter does not use attachments; simply hold the instrument in the air stream for velocity measurements. The Velometer Jr. air flow meter uses swinging vane technology.
    Air Velocity Transducers
Alnor offers three air velocity transducer configurations. The transducers have built-in electronics that read the sensor signal and linearize it via stored calibration data. The digital method offers increased accuracy over the instrument's dynamic range. Features include:
  • Easy-to-use, position the sensor in the flow to make the measurement, the transducer does the rest.
  • Choice of four probe lengthsAir Velocity Transducer
  • Full-scale range, signal output and time constants are user selectable through simple menu selections within the unit
  • Field selection of the full-scale velocity range, time constant and output
  • Current (mA) outputs for transmitting signals remotely or voltage (v) outputs for interfacing to a datalogger.
  • NIST traceable calibration , certificate of calibration is included with each instrument.
    APM 360
Alnor APM 360 meter’s performs air velocity, volume, temperature, or humidity measurements using interchangeable probes. Data stores in memory for downloading to a computer or for printing via a MicroPrinter 8521.
    Models 8521 and 8522 MicroPrinters
8522 Microprinter Alnor MicroPrinters are portable printers that plug into instrument so readings can be printed in real-time.
  • MicroPrinter 8522 is compatible with CompuFlow 8585 and RV-6.
  • MicroPrinter 8521 works with AXD550, APM150 and APM360.
