Corruflex PM Pressure Master Expansion Joints
Adsco Corruflex PM Pressure Master expansion joint can absorb large amounts of axial movement because of its unique design. The pressurized design allows the use of corrugations without concern for bellows instability or squirm. Adsco "PM" expansion joints are ideally suited for direct buried installation in steam, condensate, chilled water and other piping systems.
Features
Integral internal and external guides: provide true axial movement and reduce the number of pipe alignment guides required
External housing: designed for full line pressure, so in case of a bellows leak the external housing will be strong enough to stop fluid from escaping
Internal sleeve:
-The same thickness as standard weight carbon steel pipe, the internal sleeve is not effected by flow direction (can safely be used in pipelines that have reverse flow conditions)
-The internal sleeve prevents flow induced bellows vibration, and provides protection to the bellows against abrasive flowing fluids
Compliance: E.J.M.A. safety recommendations, Section B-1, paragraph B.1.1.4.1. and MIL-E-17813F, Class 4.

Steam Conditioning Systems and High Pressure Control Valves
Steam Conditioning Station
Leslie steam conditioning systems combines Leslie Aeroflow pressure reducing valves with a desuperheater. Leslie’s unique design delivers superior turndown and control while avoiding temperature stress problems associated with combination units. Steam conditioning systems are available in Globe or Angle body styles with customized trim selection and desuperheating equipment.
Leslie VKP Pilot-Operated Steam Pressure Reducing Valves
The largest VKP steam pressure valve can handle just under 50,000 pounds of saturated steam per hour. Leslie’s VKP steam pressure reducing valves work because an adjustable, spring-controlled integral pilot valve creates a pressure feedback loop that in turn controls the main valve. The system stays within 90% of set point equilibrium nearly all the time because of the dependable mechanical controls.

Templow Desuperheater
Yarway’s Templow steam desuperheater controls steam temperature. An advantage of Yarway’s desuperheater is its excellent turndown ratio. It offers double the turndown ratio of older units. Water pressure 50 to 1600 psi.
Installation in straight, vertical, or horizontal pipe
Water turndown capacity 300: 1 or higher
Repeatability: ±1% of the temperature controller’s range
Long trim life (pressure drop occurs across nozzle instead of seat)
Yarway Steam Traps
Thermodynamic Steam Traps
Yarway thermodynamic steam traps are rugged devices designed for reliability with only one moving part. These traps are appropriate for most process applications. Yarway offers two basic types of thermodynamic traps:
Series C-250 / 260 High Pressure Variable Orifice Traps – high-pressure applications include: fuel oil heaters, reboilers, air heaters, and steam separators. The quick change trim combined with the variable orifice technology make Series 250 / 260 traps able to work in a wide range of operating pressures.
Series 40 / 400 Lever Valve Traps – designed for industrial applications pressures to 600 psi and condensate load to 80,000 lb./hr.
