Field Service Capabilities
| Field calibration, repair and certification on customer instruments and controls.
Valve troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
System commissioning and start-up service. Controller configuration.
Air dryer repair and preventive maintenance.
On-site surveys and evaluation reports: steam traps, compressed air quality, water conservation, filter validation, noise levels, etc.
Installation of floating floors and noise control systems.
Training seminars on equipment repair, operation, safety, and efficiency.

Start-up and Service Rates
| Shop work is based on a fixed fee basis for routine work, and on a time-and-material basis for non-routine work.
Field service work is based on a time-and-material basis plus travel and subsistence costs.
Hourly rates: Field service and shop work are the same -- $70.00/hour for technician work; $90.00/hour for engineering services including controller configuration and system integration.
Certain on-site survey work, such as steam trap and compressed air quality surveys, may be done on a promotional no-charge basis if the work is limited in scope and duration. Typically, the charges for noise level surveys and analyses are waived if the customer purchases the recommended noise control materials from Mueller.
