Mueller announces new Partnership with Calibron Systems for Flow Provers and Density Meters
Densitrak Density Meters. Accurate measurement of liquid density is critical in the food and beverage, petro-chemcial, bio-pharm, semiconductor, water treatment, and many other industries. Calibron's "DensiTrak" meters measure density reliably and accurately to +/- .0001 g/cm^3. Both in-line, U-tube, insertion, and 3A styles cover a wide variety of applications and line size requirements. Transmitters include integral 4-20 mA, dry contact relays, isolated frequency, and local LCD display. Remote electronics modules are used to calculate, display, and communicate, with analog or digital signals, the liquid density, specific and API gravities, % concentration, and more.
Hate the High Cost and High Pressure Drops of Mass Flow Meters? Do you need mass flow or density measurements but wish to avoid the budget busting expense of coriolis mass flow meters? Calibron may be your solution! When only density or % concentration measurements are needed, Calibron's DensiTrak meters typically are far less expensive than coriolis mass flow meters. When mass flow is needed, a small Densitrak meter can be installed in a side-stream arrangement and a lower cost volumetric meter, such as a magnetic flow meter, can be used for the main line. The combined cost is may be much less than a coriolis flow meter. In addition, the resultant arrangement may be much more compact, thereby saving floor space, and the permanent pressure drop may be less, too, thereby saving pumping costs.
SyncroTrak Flow Provers. Calibron's Syncrotrak flow prover features simple operation, custody transfer repeatabilities of +/- 0.01 %, and turndowns of 1200:1! Flow ranges from very low to over 12,000 GPM are available. Compact and rugged design allows this prover to used in portable as well as stationary installations. Calibron's "Condat" prover control system works with all kinds of prover control systems and offers a wide variety of communication and documentation functions.
