    Technical Support and Applications Assistance
    Experienced sales engineers help you evaluate options to meet your requirements. We do plant surveys to identify opportunities for improved productivity, inventory rationalization, and energy savings. We also conduct customer seminars on product selection, application, and maintenance. Please contact your sales rep for more details or to schedule one of these services.
    Inventory Resources
    Our computer linked network of three stocking facilities assures wide selection and prompt delivery. Mueller is one of the largest stocking distributors in our region. Internal performance monitoring keeps us on track and on time.
    Customized Systems & Special Assemblies
    Controllers, alarms, recorders, etc. can be provided to integrate your system. We assemble control panels, including BTU, batch control, and metering systems. Instrument dials, cases, and connections are modified in our shops. Protective diaphragm seals and remote capillaries are locally assembled and filled, allowing same day delivery. Valve Automation & Repair In-stock valves, actuators, and accessories allow Mueller technicians to ship your valves in 24 hours.
    Oxygen Cleaning
    Mueller’s shop has automated equipment for cleaning pressure gauges, regulators, valves, etc. for oxygen service. Controls and components are cleaned to ASME B40-100-1998 Standards.
    Calibration & Field Service
    Mueller has test and shop facilities for complete calibration, NIST traceable certification, and repair of our products. Field service for commissioning and on-site calibration also is provided.
    EDI - Electronic Data Interchange
    EDI saves time and money by using computers for transactions such as quotation requests, purchase orders, invoices, and money transfers. Our computer capabilities enable customers to enter orders into Mueller's system as well as to check account, order, and inventory status remotely from their own places of business.
