Turbine Gas Meter
Turbine gas meters are widely used in commercial and industrial applications. These meters measure flow by sensing gas velocity, so proper meter installation is required and uniform gas flow upstream of the meter is necessary for proper operation.

turbine gas meter Turbine meters use a rotor with multiple blades to measure flow. Gas flows through the meter, passing through the rotor blades, causing the rotor to turn. That rotation is captured and converted by internal gear resulting in an analog output in cubic feet or cubic meters. Additionally, digital flow measurements can be displayed via high frequency pulsing instruments.

  • Three-Point Accuracy Curve supplied as standard. The Six-Point Accuracy Curve is optional. Medium- and High-Pressure Accuracy Curves are available.
